WARRAMBUI CONFERENCE + RETREAT CENTRE, MURRUMBATEMAN NSW A new development with conference rooms, dining and kitchen facilities, three accommodation blocks and a staff/office building. It was opened in May 2008. |

PROJECT LIGHTING SHOWROOM AND WAREHOUSE, ULLADULLA A new lighting showroom and warehouse in Parson St, Ulladulla. The building is complete and handed over, fitout completed and the opening day 3rd November 2008. Practical Completion was ahead of time in October 2008. |

TRINITY CHRISTIAN SCHOOL, WANNIASSA ACT We designed many buildings for Trinity Christion School between 1992 and 1999, including an overall masterplan, classroom blocks, a music and drama department, science and home economics facilities. The use of bold colours and bold roof forms gave the campus a significant impact form the adjacent town centre and roads.

33 UNITS, URIARRA ROAD QUEANBEYAN This development comprises three levels of units and a basement carpark, on one of Queanbeyan's busy arterial roads. Development Approval has been obtained and construction will commence in 2012. |

WODEN ASSEMBLY OF GOD This project is for a church complex with an 800 seat auditorium, offices, meeting and counselling rooms and extensive youth facilities. It is currently under design development as funding is arranged. |

LANYON UNITING CHURCH A small multi purpose church building desinged for a new congregation in the outer suburbs of Tuggeranong. Its eventual construction is a long term project of the local congregation. |

ISABELLA CHILD CARE CENTRE Designed in 1995 to the stringent Child Care Facility guidelines. This facility catered for 42 full day care places in three seperate areas adjacent to the primary school and neighbourhood centre. |

GREENWAY CHILD CARE CENTRE Nestled among tall commercial buildings in Tuggeranong Town Centre. This was amongst the earliest of the 17 Child Care Centres we have designed or worked on. |

BAILES Three existing detached house blocks consolidated and a grouping of seven Aged Persons units developed around a central courtyard. |

STERNBERG Two 2 bed and 5 single bed units on a predevelopment site of 3 previous detached houses. The floor plans were cranked to provide northern alignment as well as an address to Sternberg Crescent on the east. One of the units was configured for disabled access. |

PROJECT LIGHTING, BELCONNEN This showroom and warehouse in Belconnen business district provides retail and trade sales areas as well as warehousing and storage. Designed to showcase our clients extensive range of lighting products as well as provide an efficient distribution facility for electricians and contractors. |

COMMERCIAL BUILDING LUXTON ST, BELCONNEN A 1500m2 building constructed in 1998 in the Belconnen Town Centre with 7 individual tenancies including a first floor restauraunt with an extensive outdoor eating area on the first floor. The strong colour and detailing provides an identity to the building.

KENNARDS SELF STORAGE, FYSHWICK Four existing starat title units were combined to form this large self storgae facility in Fyshwick. A new section has subsequently been added to increase the yield on the site. Fire rating, security and efficiency were all major design criteria. |

QUEANBEYAN YOUTH CENTRE Recycled from an old disused Parks and Gardens depot, this young people's facility in Queanbeyan Park serves as a focal point for the Queanbeyan City Council's youth workers and is used for vocational training as well as recreation. |

WESTON CREEK UNITING CHURCH, WESTON ACT The original building was designed in 1982 by Bryan Dowling and Associates, and by 1990 it required a considerable extension to house the growing congregation and the Sunday School. The main auditorium was extended by approximately 95m2 , a large ancillary hall was designed, joined by a concourse and large kitchen. Some of the extensive circulation area of the original building was redesigned as storage. The building project was documented in two stages, but it was eventually decided to construct it under one contract. The eventual Contract value was $405,000.00, and the building was constructed on budget and on time. |

HUGHES BAPTIST CHURCH, HUGHES ACT In March 1994 our firm was selected in a limited competition to design the extensions to Hughes Baptist Church, comprising a large Auditorium, meeting rooms, a creche and offices, as well as extensive roadworks and landscaping. We embarked on a series of interviews and visits to each of the various youth and fellowship groups in the church, and then produced several design studies. These were presented to the congregation, and after a broad consensus was reached we developed Preliminary and Final Sketch Plans. The development of the design has involved numerous meetings with the Deacons, Building Committee and congregation, both at Sunday services and at other times. The project was completed on time and on budget in August 1996. |

WHITTLE STREET, HUGHES Twenty two aged persons units in an innovative two storey and single storey development with ramped wheelchair access to each unit.

CANBERRA SPACE DOME & OBSERVATORY RELOCATION Our firm has been asked to do the feasibility study and preliminary costings for the relocation of Canberra Space Dome and Observatory (CSDO). Currently located in Dickson, the CSDO is Canberra's sole public observatory and planetarium. The present location of the CSDO has been closed and the equipment and facilities will be relocated to Mt Stromlo. |

ISLAMIC SCHOOL OF CANBERRA, HEYSEN STREET WESTON The Islamic School of Canberra is about to move into the old campus of the Canberra Institute of Technology School of Horticulture on Heysen Street, Weston. We are masterplanning the move and future expansion of the school. |

POLICE CITIZENS YOUTH CLUB, ERINDALE ACT We are working on bringing a much loved community building up to its users' current needs. |

CHRIST CHURCH, HAWKER ACT This community church was established in 1970 to serve the central Belconnen area. The growing conregation is considering more space for their activities. In addition, their already strong social outreach program is expanding which will accommodate students and the disadvantaged. |
